Arctic Star announces Investor Relations Agreement with Kaye Wynn Consulting Inc.
Arctic Star Exploration Corp. has retained Kaye Wynn Consulting Inc. to provide investor relations services to the company. Kaye Wynn Consulting, a British Columbia-based company, is a communications specialist helping its clients get their messaging out to the community. Kaye Wynn Consulting will assist Artic Star in communicating with its shareholder base, prospective investors and the investment community as a whole. The agreement with Kaye Wynn Consulting is for six months commencing on Feb. 23, 2021. Kaye Wynn will be paid a fee of $5,000 per month plus any applicable taxes, payable at the beginning of the contract period. Kaye Wynn Consulting has also been granted 500,000 stock options exercisable for one year at a price of seven cents.
The agreement with Kaye Wynn Consulting is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
